Any ideas on how to fix this?Ī: As you've correctly noted, you can adjust the Sleep Mode settings for both your computer and display via the Power Options area of the Windows Control Panel.įor those who don't know, this can be done in Windows 10 via the following steps: Click on the Cortana icon beside your Start menu (circle icon), type 'Power and Sleep Settings' into the Search bar and then click on the line reading 'Power and Sleep Settings' that appears in the search results.
I've modified the settings a dozen times but can't seem to keep both the monitors and computers on for longer than this time period when I step away from them. Despite this, each computer still goes to sleep after only two and a half minutes of idleness.
Through the Power Options area, in the Control Panel, I've set the monitors for each computer to enter Sleep Mode after 20 minutes of idleness and the systems to enter Sleep Mode after 45 minutes of idleness.
